Tekabat Terms & Conditions — Everything explained in plain English

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Tekabat and its users. By using the Tekabat website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Tekabat is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. We are committed to responsible gaming, and all our operations are conducted with full transparency.

• These terms apply to the Tekabat website, mobile app, and all other Tekabat services.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Access from prohibited countries or regions is not permitted.
• Professional athletes, referees, or related officials may not place bets on their own sports or events.

To open an account on Tekabat, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information in the registration form. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and deposits will not be refunded.

Tekabat may request identity verification at any time — including before your first withdrawal or for security purposes. Required documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Bank statement or bKash/Nagad transaction proof
• Selfie or face verification (if required)
• Proof of address — utility bill or bank letter

Deposits on Tekabat can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and other approved payment methods. All deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's own name.

KYC verification must be completed before making your first withdrawal from Tekabat. Withdrawals can only be processed through the same method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go to bKash.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Bronze tier: daily maximum ৳50,000
• Silver/Gold tier: daily maximum ৳75,000–৳1,00,000
• Platinum/Diamond: Unlimited withdrawals
• Processing time: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours

Once a bet is placed on Tekabat, it is final — cancellation is not possible regardless of circumstances. However, where available, you may use the Cash Out option to close the bet early.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error
• If a match kicks off before the scheduled time and the bet was placed after the original start time
• If the event is cancelled or suspended and an insufficient portion has been played
• If a bet is accepted after the event has already been settled

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect previously placed bets. In live betting, odds can shift rapidly — Tekabat makes every effort to ensure accuracy, but discrepancies may occasionally occur due to technical delays.

Tekabat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonuses are generally subject to a 5–10× wagering requirement.
• The claim period for bonuses is generally between 7 and 30 days.
• To use a bonus on an accumulator bet, each selection must have minimum odds of 1.60.
• A maximum win limit may apply to bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Tekabat reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tekabat. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's name
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Collusion (placing bets through coordination between two or more individuals)
• Placing bets using insider information
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Tekabat's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

Tekabat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation
• If a security check is required
• To activate Responsible Gaming protections upon request
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Users may close their account at any time. Before doing so, any available balance can be withdrawn.

Tekabat is committed to delivering the highest level of service. However, our liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Bets missed due to technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connection
• Losses caused by delays from third-party services (payment gateways)
• If login credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Force majeure — if service is disrupted due to natural disaster, war, or government restriction

Tekabat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
